Prices / quotations

  • All prices and quotations can be subject to change. 
  • All prices are exclusive of the applicable VAT and excl. transportation 
  • All our offers are valid for 30 days after date.

Contract period / subscriptions

  • When concluding a standard AdYourTarget® agreement, there is no obligation to purchase our services for a specified period. Simply stop the payment of your periodic bill and the access to our platform thus ends. When you stop the cooperation, your content will be stored for a limited period on our Cloud-server so you can (within a limited time) return without having to upload all images and movies again and the need to build playlists all over.
  • For special designs or different (contractual defined) commitments, there is a minimum contract term of 1 up to 3 years.

Invoicing and Payment

Hardware (monitors, mounting hardware, cabling)

  • If the monitors and / or players by us or one of our resellers are delivered and installed, we apply to a payment of 75% at ordering and the remaining amount is due upon delivery. Access to your account into the platform is granted after all invoices have been paid for the new period ahead. You always pay in advance for a new period.

Platform and features AdYourTarget®

  • Once every chosen period we invoice your periodic rate for your account in our platform. You will receive this invoice one month before the expiry of the chosen period for the upcoming new period by e-mail. Sending your invoice by e-mail is the only way we can deliver your invoice. If, after payment reminder you remain in default, we reserve the right to block access to your account. After payment of your outstanding bills you regain access to your account. After final payment your files and playlists are stored till 4 months in your account, after which they are removed by us because of escalating costs in our Cloud-servers.

Installation

Hardware Installation

  • Our technicians/resellers must have free access to the area where the hardware must be installed. Our technicians or resellers are standard no interior designers (except maybe for a few resellers who are actual interior designers) and can only attach your screens to a wall or ceiling. Special adaptations for installation is only possible in consultation. In consultation with us or your reseller, we can of course provide you with a design for a more attractive integrating of your screens into your interior. Technicians can be hired by an independent (third) installation company in your own region.
  • Please take into account the working conditions legislation on installation! Screens above 32" must be installed by 2 people. Perhaps you have someone available during installation to support our technician(s).

Power connections

  • There where the screens must be installed, 220/240 volt power outlets need to be present. If this is not the case, the cost of installing power outlets will be calculated and charged separately. The power outlets should be within 1.5 meters of the screens. 
  • It is advisable to have a 24/7 power connection for possible nightly updates! Internet connections and WiFi
  • There must be a good active broadband Internet connection in the building. If possible, a working Wi-Fi connection is recommended. Some of the latest models of Samsung professional monitors have a WiFi connection. When connected via RJ45 cabling to the internet a (router and/or splitter, etc.) need to be present up to 1.5 meters from the screen.
  • Installation individual players (media players)
  • If there are any existing screens that need to be provided with a separate media player, there must be a stable accessible place available with adequate ventilation for the heat dissipation of the player.

Warranty

  • On the hardware delivered via our partnership with Samsung is a standard on-site warranty period of 3 years. In case of separate media players to be placed with existing screens the warranty period is 1 year. We also work with the professional displays from NEC, which have a different warranty period.

Maintenance and service

  • If there is calamity such as failure screens, you can inform us by using our service email address service@adyourtarget.com. Or you can call us at one of the numbers in our website. In the near future we work with an online helpdesk ticketing service. If you are assisted by one of our resellers, you should consult them for service. After all, they are aware of your local situation. All service takes place on weekdays (Mon-Fri) between 09:00 and 17:00. For added (weekend) security, you can apply for a (weekend) separate service contract with us.

Responsibilities

  • If a display fails for whatever reason, the customer can never claim to missed business opportunities and submit this claim to AdYourTarget® or its resellers. Also specially produced content cannot be claimed at AdYourTarget® or its resellers. The client must be aware of the fact that content displayed is entirely the responsibility of the client and that the AdYourTarget® platform is nothing more than a service to distribute content in name of the client. Individuals, organizations, government or other institutions complain about content displayed in the customer's location(s) are the sole responsibility of the client.

Intellectual property

  • All by AdYourTarget® produced work like; presentations, demos, templates etc. remain the intellectual property of AdYourTarget®. Private content of clients (whether or not exclusively produced by AdYourTarget®) in the platform, remain available exclusively to this customer. Nothing may be transferred to third parties.
